We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Our goal is to make our website and the digital products we create accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

  • Readable Fonts: We use the 'Montserrat' font, known for its high legibility and readability across devices.

  • Contrast and Color: We maintain strong color contrast between text and background elements to ensure readability for users with low vision.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, we recognize that there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed here.

1. Third-Party Integrations

  • Description: Embedded third-party tools (e.g., scheduling widgets, live chat, or payment portals) may not fully conform to WCAG standards as they are outside of our direct control.

  • Remediation Plan: We vet all new third-party tools for high accessibility ratings before integration.

2. Legacy Content

  • Description: Older blog posts or archived client work sometimes contain visual elements that may not fully meet contrast ratio requirements.

  • Remediation Plan: We are auditing and remediating older content incrementally, prioritizing high-traffic pages.

3. Mobile Responsiveness

  • Description: While largely responsive, some complex grid layouts on mobile devices may occasionally cause minor reflow issues.

  • Remediation Plan: Ongoing optimization of responsive CSS code is scheduled for the next development sprint.

Accessibility relies on the following technologies to work with the combination of a web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
